MISSOURI

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is undertaking $20 million to $50 million in utility upgrades for the Jefferson Barracks Division of the St. Louis VA Medical Center. The project includes demolition of existing structures to make way for construction of a new central energy plant and adjacent electrical substation facilities as well as underground infrastructure for distribution of steam, chilled water and electricity. Delivery method is design-bid-build. OHIO

Kent State University has announced plans for $250 million in upgrades to the Kent Campus, including renovation of the Science Buildings, School of Art, College of Technology and the College of Architecture and Environmental Design.
