Building Now Houses HQ of Company that Made its Windows

Text size: A A

Apogee Enterprises, a Minnesota company that provides glass solutions for commercial construction, has leased 13,000 sq ft for its corporate headquarters in the Two MarketPointe building in Bloomington, Minn.

Apogee’s employees will enjoy views through one of the company’s own products: The building uses Apogee subsidiary Viracon’s energy-efficient glass.

The 242,000-sq-ft, class “A” office tower is pre-certified at the LEED Gold level.

The building showcases energy-efficient floor-to-ceiling glass that provides natural daylighting. In addition to exterior glass from Viracon, Apogee’s office will incorporate silk-screened interior glass to bring natural daylight into interior offices.
