commentHolland Construction Services Inc. of St. Louis has begun work on a new addition to the ROHO Group’s main manufacturing facility in Belleville, Ill., to accommodate the company’s growth.

With a projected fall completion, the 12,000-sq-ft metal building will increase warehouse space for ROHO, manufacturers of cushioning and mattress products for medical applications and recreational and commercial vehicles.
The new warehouse space will allow ROHO to receive and store a greater quantity of component parts and provide two new receiving docks for greater efficiency.
Oates & Associates Engineering and Architecture of Collinsville, Ill., provided architectural services with consulting services provided by Design 6.
