ENR Midwest People News: Moves at James McHugh and Kenny Construction

Robert Mortimer and Michael Gould have been named senior vice presidents with Chicago-based contractor James McHugh Construction Company. Randy Bullard, Peter Campagnolo, Brian Fish and John Kelly were named vice presidents with the firm. John Tuisl has been named vice president of safety and risk management with Northbrook, Ill.-based contractor Kenny Construction Co., while Tom Lubas Jr. has been named assistant risk manager for the firm. Kenny recently combined its safety and risk management departments. Kenny is the only construction company to have been awarded the National Safety Council's Green Cross for Safety.

Kurt Jaeger has been appointed vice president of preconstruction with St. Louis-based design-build and real estate firm Clayco Inc. Jaeger, a 12-year veteran of Clayco, will oversee company-wide preconstruction and estimating services. Jaeger has been influential in the development of several high-profile projects, including two processing and distribution projects for the U.S. Postal Service.

Len Roecker has been named director of municipal services with Brookfield, Wis.-based engineer R.A. Smith National. Roecker started with the firm in 1999 and has more than 25 years of experience in serving municipal clients. He has extensive experience in utility design and construction and transportation design and construction, and is involved in projects in several Wisconsin communities.
