Construction of the 6,000-sq-ft Three Sixty Rooftop Bar occurred atop the 25-story Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark, with the structural engineer resolving the issue of steel reinforcement by applying a reinforcing material to the underside of an existing concrete slab.
Because workers needed to employ a crane and luffing jib to move materials and debris, they created detailed schedules and location coordination plans to ensure hoists occurred only when pools and other surrounding public areas were unoccupied.
A full one-third of Three Sixty's finished spaces, including fireplaces, fire pits, booths and tables, are located outdoors.
