Though chosen for its proximity to a new children's hospital, the site for this Ronald McDonald House posed significant challenges to its builders.

In addition to a congested neighborhood, team members negotiated further hurdles when a lease was lost on a lot earmarked for a crane and staging. The solution was to move the crane inside the building.

Due to limited access, builders closely monitored the timing for material storage, distribution and placement of construction equipment.

As work progressed, crews performed vibration monitoring to ensure work wasn't disturbing occupants of neighboring buildings.
