Gino Carini has joined Milwaukee-based J.H. Findorff & Son as director of business development. He was previously vice president of national accounts for Milwaukee-based Joseph William & Associates.

J.H. Findorff & Son offers general contracting, design-build and construction management services.

Novi, Mich.-based Clayton Group Services Inc. has announced several promotions in its Chicago Regional Office in Downers Grove. Ron St. John moves to vice president and national director of remediation from regional director of environmental services; Daniel Lombardi to vice president and director of national accounts from remediation services manager; Russell Chadwick to vice president and director of the Midwest Region from manager of environmental services in the Chicago Regional Office; and Gary Perkowitz to manager of environmental services from project manager.

Clayton Group Services Inc. is an environmental and occupational health and safety consulting and laboratory services firm.

Deerfield, Ill.-based Kiferbaum Construction Corp. has announced Dennis Campbell was hired as superintendent assistant, Jamie Juliano as marketing coordinator and Robert Kolcz as project engineer I. Campbell was previously project manager for Dyer, Ind.-based MHS Construction Solutions, Juliano was previously membership coordinator for the American Institute of Architects/AIA Chicago and Kolcz was previously a student.

Milwaukee-based CG Schmidt has announced the promotions of Brad Fierst and Dave Rhoda, each to project manager. Both were previously assistant project managers.

Teiji Omata was promoted to senior project manager of Kajima Construction Services Inc. in Palatine, Ill. He was previously project manager with the Tokyo-based parent, Kajima Corp.

Kajima Construction Services offers design-build, construction management and general-contracting services.

Spring Green, Wis.-based Westbrook Associated Engineers Inc. has announced Jeremy May joined the firm as design engineer, Kevin Kvigne as surveyor and KayDee Schmitt as marketing manager. May was previously a student, Kvigne was previously a surveyor with Dodgeville, Wis.-based Schmit Engineering & Surveying and Schmitt was previously a marketing specialist for the Madison, Wis.-based Center for Cosmetic Dentistry.

Westbrook Associated Engineers Inc. specializes in civil and structural engineering and surveying.

Rosemont, Ill.-based McShane Construction Corp. has announced the promotions of Min Jang and Daniel Letter, each to project manager. Both were previously project engineers II.

McShane Construction Corp. offers design-build and build-to-suit services.

Jed Grams has joined Racine, Wis.-based BCI Architectural Specialties as project manager. He was previously building products consultant with Green Bay, Wis.-based LaForce Inc.

BCI Architectural Specialties distributes door, cabinet and window hardware.

Roger Becker, vice president of the Waukesha, Wis.-based Spancrete Group's Precast Division, was elected a fellow of the Farmington Hills, Mich.-based American Concrete Institute. The honor is in recognition of his contributions to the ACI.

West Chicago, Ill.-based Steve's Equipment Service Inc. was named a authorized distributor for Lexington, Ky.-based LBX Co. Another SES facility is located in Gary, Ind.

Milwaukee-based HNTB-Wisconsin has announced George Meyer joined the firm in Madison, Wis., as construction services manager and Christopher Devery as highway design section manager at the head office. Meyer was previously construction section chief for District 1 of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, and Devery was previously with the Milwaukee office of URS Corp.

HNTB Corp. is an architectural, engineering, planning and construction-management firm.

Alan Orb was named senior project manager for Chicago-based Berglund Construction. He was previously a senior project manager for the Chicago office of New York-based Bovis Construction Corp.

Berglund Construction is provides general construction and facade restoration services.

Golden Valley, Minn.-based Harmon Inc. has announced Chuck Mowrey was promoted to president from vice president of business development. John Frye, the company's president for nearly a decade, transitions to a new position as vice president with parent company Apogee Enterprises Inc. in Minneapolis. Lou Podbelski was promoted to executive vice president from vice president of sales and marketing.

Harmon Inc., which maintains offices in Illinois and Indiana, provides glass services.
