Group Inc. He was previously co-chairman with Charles Thornton, who will

Berkelhamer was promoted to vice president of Chicago-based
Booth Hansen. He was previously an associate. Booth Hansen is an architecture

Patrick
Engineering Inc.of Lisle has announced Robert Jones was named vice president
of architecture and manager of the Chicago office and Jarrod Cebulski was named transportation
project manager. Jones was previously director of the Art Institute of Chicago's
Department of Design and Construction, and Cebulski was previously the head of
consultant studies with the Illinois Department of Transportation District 1 in
Schaumburg. Patrick provides engineering, building design and other services.

CG Schmidt Inc.of Milwaukee has announced
Mark Schmidt was promoted to general superintendent,
Kenn Kosowicz to project control specialist and
Jackie Eicher to assistant project manager. Schmidt was previously assistant
general superintendent, Kosowicz was previously cost engineer and Eicher was previously
project engineer. CG Schmidt is a general contractor.

Swisher was named strategic accounts manager in the Medical and Research
Products Group of Turner Construction Co. in Chicago.
He was previously an associate principal in Chicago with Charlotte, N.C.-based

Builders Inc.of Itasca has announced Larry Jackson
was named senior project estimator. He was previously an estimator with
Palatine-based Kajima Construction Services. Michael Mrachek
was promoted to project manager from assistant project manager, and Michael
Larsen was promoted to assistant project manager from project estimator.

Dwyer was promoted to national sales manager of Sturtevant, Wis.-based
Putzmeister America. He was previously Eastern

in the firm's Milwaukee office. He was previously senior vice president with Camp

Schlossman & Hackl, of Chicago has announced Wissam
Mansour was named project architect and Nicole Robinson
marketing coordinator. Mansour was previously a designer with Chicago-based
Perkins & Will, and Robinson was previously marketing coordinator with Chicago-based
Edwards and Kelcey. Loebl is an architecture firm. Ken
Welden was promoted to senior project manager from project manager. National

Foster, executive vice president and general manager of Lee, Ill.-based
Sweepster LLC, is a newly elected member of the Board of Directors. John
Olsen, president of Waukesha, Wis.-based Metso Minerals Industries, was
