Jeff Schroeder was named executive vice president of Indianapolis-based GDH, a subsidiary of Fort Wayne-based The Hagerman Group. He was previously director of construction for Kite Realty in Indianapolis. Hagerman is a general contractor and construction manager.

Robert Lewis was named project principal in Chicago of Muscatine, Iowa-based Stanley Consultants. He was previously vice president of Clark Dietz Inc. in Champaign. Stanley provides engineering, environmental and construction services.

Jeffrey Moecher was named senior project manager of Oak Brook-based Krusinski Construction Co. He was previously senior construction manager and senior project manager of St. Charles, Ill.-based Trotter and Associates Inc. Krusinski is a contractor.

Mike Borgard was named project director in St. Louis of Dayton, Ohio-based Woolpert Inc. He previously managed the private development review section and capital improvement projects of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. Woolpert provides engineering, architectural and other services.

Robin Bartelman was named director of interior design of Indianapolis-based Cripe Architects + Engineers. She was previously president/owner of STIL Studio in Evansville. Cripe is a design firm.

Arthur Roman was named program manager in the Chicago office of Indianapolis-based BSA LifeStructures. He was previously owner of Program Management Consulting in Western Springs. BSA is a design firm.

STS of Vernon Hills has announced Patrick Chang was named senior project manager and William Anderson was named project manager. Chang was previously geotechnical engineer with Calgary-based Klohn Crippen Berger Ltd., and Anderson was previously staff engineer with River Valley Testing in Neenah, Wis. STS provides site planning, design and construction engineering.

Thomas Miller was named project architect of Dahlquist & Lutzow Architects Ltd. in Elgin. He was previously senior architect with Batavia-based Kluber, Skahan + Associates in Batavia. Dahlquist & Lotzow is a design firm.

Bryan Zehnder was named project engineer of St. Louis-based Clayco. He was previously area coordinator of Chesterfield, Mo.-based Builder’s Bloc Contracting Co. Clayco is a development, design and contracting firm.

Diana Redlich was named senior marketing manager in the Milwaukee office of Minneapolis-based HGA Architects and Engineers. She was previously director of commercial business development/marketing for Milwaukee-based Graef, Anhalt, Schloemer and Associates Inc. HGA is a design firm.

Sandra Purnell was named marketing coordinator of Madison, Wis.-based Vogel Bros. Building Co. She was previously marketing coordinator with Mead & Hunt, also in Madison. Vogel is a contractor.

Patrick Engineering Inc. of Lisle has announced three were advanced to vice president: Chris Burger, Paul Lopez and Chris Patrick Dietzler. Burger was previously environmental services business unit leader, Lopez was previously transportation business unit leader and Dietzler was previously electric and gas utility distribution business unit leader. Patrick provides engineering, design and other services.

National Survey & Engineering of Brookfield, Wis., has announced Ryan Lancour and Jonathan Schapekahm were each promoted to project manager. Lancour was previously project engineer, and Schapekahm was previously senior project engineer. National Survey offers civil engineering, planning and other services.

HONORS & APPOINTMENTS

Tracy Hart, president of St. Louis-based Tarlton Corp., was elected chairwoman of the board of the Associated General Contractors of St. Louis. She is the first woman to lead the group.

George Tuhowski III, general superintendent of construction of Hoffman Estates-based Leopardo Construction, was elected to the Board of Directors of the Chicago Chapter of the Washington, D.C.-based U.S. Green Building Council. He will serve a two-year term. Leopardo is a contractor.

Lyle Ehlers, president of Waukegan-based Boller Construction Co., was elected president of the Lake County Contractors Association. He held the position 20 years ago.

Tom Arsovski, senior associate in Chicago of New York-based Perkins Eastman, was appointed to the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association Sign and Urban Design Committee. Perkins Eastman is an architecture firm.

COMPANY NEWS

Rieth-Riley Construction Co. Inc. of Lafayette, Ind., was named the Outstanding Hot Mix Asphalt Producer of the Crawfordsville District for the 2007 construction season by the Indiana Department of Transportation. The program allows producers to take responsibility for all aspects of asphalt production. Rieth-Riley is a contractor.

Stanley Consultants of Muscatine, Iowa, has opened an office in St. Louis. Dave Goetz was named to manage the office. He previously headed the Chicago office. Stanley provides engineering, environmental and construction services.
