The recent groundbreaking for the Sheet Metal Workers’ Local 36 Headquarters in St. Louis marked the beginning of a 10-12 month construction process.
The new headquarters for Sheet Metal Workers’ Local 36 in St. Louis will house a training facility, offices and meeting hall.

The $15 million facility is expected to be rated LEED Platinum and the highest rated LEED certified building in Missouri.
The facility will house Local 36’s training facility, offices and meeting hall.
Attending the groundbreaking were St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay, Alderwoman Kacie Starr Triplett, of the 6th Ward of St. Louis, Local 36 President David Zimmermann and other dignitaries.
